Performance appraisals

The TeamTray module includes person appraisals and appraisal management.

The Appraisals tab is displayed for Editors of the person’s workgroup, and for Administrators and System Administrators. Readers do not have access to Appraisals, including their own.

To conduct a performance appraisal, open the profile of the person bring reviewed. Select the Appraisals tab.

Select Add Appraisal.

The Manage Person Appraisal form is displayed:

A summary of notes may be entered for each of:

  • Performance summary
  • Objectives review
  • Compliance review
  • Training plan

A performance appraisal document may be attached.

The Appraisals from includes the ability to assign performance ratings according to three categories.

People may be further scored by their contribution to business improvement in five categories:

Upon selecting Save, the Appraisal is saved and can be opened, viewed and edited from the persons Appraisals tab.

Appraisal Management

Links to Appraisals Due within 30 days and Appraisals Overdue for the relevant workgroups are displayed on the Home Page of users that have Editor Role (or higher).

If you select the Appraisals button on the menu bar, by default the Due and Overdue appraisals are listed, with overdue Appraisals highlighted orange. Unselect the Appraisals due checkbox to display the most recent Appraisal for each team member in the display grid. Then use the dropdown box selectors to filter to the Appraisals of interest, such as Overall Status = Below Requirement for a specific Workgroup.
