Submitting Checklists and Reports

Open PeopleTray in Google Chrome

  • In any Module of PeopleTray > Black Menu Panel > Submit New
  • View a  list of Workflows relevant to your PT User Security Levels
  • Click on selected workflow name
  • View the header > Complete fields > Click Display Checklist
  • Complete the Checklist > Click DONE to save and submit
  • Your Report will be transitioned to the next stage

Examples of Reports/Checklists/Workflows

  • Safety Issue or Event
  • Vehicle & Equipment pre-starts
  • Take 5s
  • JHAs
  • Activity reports
  • Incident or hazard reports
  • Field Reports
  • Audits
  • Test Results

 

NOTE: System Administrators can create checklists to suit Business Process
