You must have the User Role of System Administrator to access the Settings menu on the Menu Bar.
If you registered the account, you have the User Role of System Administrator by default.
It is recommended that you assign a second person to the System Administrator User Role as a backup.
You can check your User Role by selecting your name on the right hand end of the Menu bar.
The Settings button is displayed for System Administrators at all times.
