Submitting Checklists and Reports

 

Your administrator may provide the ability for you to submit Checklists and/or Reports. For example:

  • Equipment pre-start checklists
  • Take 5 checklists
  • Activity reports
  • Incident or hazard reports

Buttons to initiate these tools are in the Submit New menu of the left (black menu), and are also displayed on the Mobile menu to make is easy to access the tools using a mobile device.
