Product update – October 2018

Since our February update PeopleTray has had a solid period of development with with new features for every business:

Mobile Checklists


PeopleTray makes it easy to view and respond to the mobile reports submitted by your team members.

Out-of-the-box dashboards provide an overview and the non-conformances register makes it easy to address issues as they arise. Corrective actions can be assigned and monitored.

In this release, checklists have become more flexible with project, contractor and custom header fields that flow though to dashboard filters. Export non-conformances to reports and share with contractors.

We have also added the ability to display images in your checklists and deliver documents (e.g. inductions/procedures) during completion of checklists when online.

The PeopleTray App has been updated. Install from App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android devices.

 

Project Plans

Set up a schedule of tasks and milestones and view the status of your plan in an interactive Gantt chart view.

View all your plans in a single view, or filter based on project or activity type.

Link actions to tasks. Tasks are automatically closed when actions are closed.

Position and Placements Management

Manage positions associated with projects or customers. Optimise your placements plan to ensure positions are continuously filled, helping to complete projects on time and within budget.

Course Management

Set up courses, assign team members and update competencies automatically upon completion.
