1. Project management

The November release adds project management into PeopleTray’s flexible workflow options.

Capture project details, link to customers and add project documents. Configure a project checklist to keep track of the project tasks and milestones and assign and manage actions that are essential to the success of the project. Advance the project through milestones and focus on projects that are at risk or are stalled.

PeopleTray’s project management tools can be used by businesses of any size. Managers can coordinate resources and make important, timely decisions that optimise project outcomes.

2. Checklists – configurable, online and mobile

Imagine being able to configure checklists to help your team work safely and follow consistent processes. Collect the information needed to provide visibility of performance and support effective management. PeopleTray’s checklist tools provide visibility of activities and people working in different locations. They can also be used to drill deeper into business opportunities and risks and share real information that helps a business perform.

PeopleTray’s checklists are online and used via a web browser on any device. Submitted checklists are instantly available for supervisors to view and manage. Actions can be assigned to help manage the safety of people and equipment in different locations.

It is easy to create new and update existing checklists in PeopleTray.

Ideas for using checklists

1. Project Management

Add a checklist tab to projects to track tasks and milestones. Checklists can easily be updated or new checklists added as your requirements change.

2. Project scrum and safety meetings

Record outcomes of project scrum and safety meetings . Review submitted reports and assign actions to correct issues.

3. Site Safety Inspections

Capture site safety inspections direct and live into your project information. Review and assign actions to keep the site safe.

Checklists are associated with Equipment Types in the risk register. The operator selects the equipment items and the correct checklist is automatically displayed.

Use checklists to ensure the requirements of incident reports and investigations are met.

Associate Equipment Types with the appropriate checklist for Pre-Starts and inspections. Capture Equipment usage such as kilometres, engine hours or other usage metric and manage the Equipment maintenance and calibration plan.
