Issue: Checklists fail to Sync.

Solution: Users should install version 5 of the PeopleTray App from the Google Play store.

Samsung S20

Issue: On some of the latest premium devices Checklists fail to Sync.

The cause has not been found and the issue is not resolved. Please contact PeopleTray support if you experience this issue. support@peopletray.com

 

iPhone 11, iPhone 12

Issue: Date selector – date text is not visible.

Solution: Change phone settings from Dark mode Light mode.

Issue: Radio buttons – comment and camera icon do not display.

Solutions:

  1. Install the latest version of the App from the App Store.
  2. Wait 3 seconds after clicking Display Checklist, before clicking radio button responses.

Issue: Several users have reported iPhone 12 does not sync checklists.
